CeDAR INFORMATION 

CoPPS, IPH recognizes the importance of supporting and assisting all learners in reaching their full potential. OFFICE OF COUNSELING SERVICES 

The Office of Counseling Services (OCS) is a welcoming and confidential place for all, and we are here to help! They provide a professional, safe atmosphere where students can discuss academic and personal issues. They can assist students with various concerns such as homesickness, struggles with relationships, study skills, substance use, worries, and depression.

CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES 

The case manager works with students as a liaison to connect them with the appropriate resources on and off-campus. The case manager can assist with food insecurity, administrative procedures, family relationships, and social adjustment. If any campus or community member is concerned about a student’s well-being, please don’t hesitate to contact the case manager. FAMILY EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT (FERPA) 

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.

FERPA gives parents certain rights concerning their children’s education records. These rights transfer to the student when they reach the age of 18 or attend a school beyond the high school level.
