Earl Wade, Assistant Head coach of the Florida A&M women's tennis team, played a significant role in the team's remarkable performance at the 2023 SWAC Women's Tennis Tournament Championship. As a result of their undefeated season, the Lady Rattlers won both the SWAC Regular Season Championship and the Tournament Championship, going 11-0.
Head coach Rochelle Houston and Mr. Wade expressed their pride in the team's efforts, highlighting their dedication and perseverance. The Lady Rattlers' victory in the SWAC Championship marked their first win since joining the conference last season.
Mr. Wade's commitment to both his professional responsibilities as the Coordinator of Administrative Services in the CoPPS, IPH Office of Student Affairs, and his coaching responsibilities for the Lady Rattlers is admirable. His leadership and dedication were instrumental in helping the team deliver an unforgettable performance on the court.
