The RCMI Program IAC is composed of biomedical/behavioral faculty members and administrators from the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (COPPS), Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences and College of Science and Technology (CST), Department of Biology and Chemistry. The members consist of the Research Centers in Minority Institutions (RCMI) Program participants, and departmental division chairpersons from the COPPS and CST. The IAC meets quarterly with the RCMI principal investigator, associate program director, core leaders, pilot project investigators and research participants to review the goals and objectives. Each core leader, pilot project investigator and research participant is required to submit a progress report and/or give an oral presentation of his/her accomplishments at the annual meeting.
