The MiCaRT Core Components

1.The Administrative Core (AC) will provide overall administrative and scientific oversight, coordination of research projects, and coordination of training programs.

2. The Research Component (RC) which will develop and implement the cancer research agenda for the Center, and provide oversight for all pilot projects funded by the Center.

3. The Training Component (TC) which will develop and implement the cancer research training agenda for the Center, and provide oversight for all pilot programs funded by the Center.

4. To prepare the Center for the U54 grant, the Community Engagement Component (CEC) will be instituted in year one of the P20 award.
