ADMISSIONS

The early application deadline is January 5th and the final application deadline is January 15th of each year. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; however, we only admit new students in the fall of each academic year.

The College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Graduate Program welcomes applications from students who hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education with an earned Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or better in the last 60 credit hours of undergraduate work or hold a graduate degree in a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. Students applying to the Ph.D. program must have a combined score of 300 on the GRE.

A completed application packet must include:

  • Application form and $30 non-refundable application fee
  • Official transcript from each university or college attended
  • Official Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores
  • Three letters of recommendations and an evaluation form to accompany each letter of recommendation
  • Immunization Form
  • Personal Statement
  • Resume

International Applicants
A completed application must include:

  • Application form and $30 non-refundable application fee
  • Residency Classification Form
  • Official transcript from each university or college attended
  • Educational evaluations and translations of coursework, if you have attended any international universities
  • Official Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores
  • Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score
  • Three letters of recommendations and an evaluation form to accompany each letter of recommendation
  • Complete Certification of Financial Eligibility Form
  • Immunization Form
  • Personal Statement
  • Resume
